RESERVATION: A completed and signed tour reservation form is required.
PAYMENT: Must be received 60 days before departure.
Reservations made within 60 days of departure require full
payment at the time of confirmation. Final documents
(domestic air flights, etc) will be issued and / or released until
Final payment is received.
CANCELLATION: Unexpected problems can arise. If you have to cancel, regardless of reason, cancellation are costly and there is generally not enough for resale of your reservation. To offset these cost the following cost will apply. If you cancel, non recoverable expenses will be charged in addition to the following:-

60 days or more before departure: a $ 50 per person handling fee.

45-59 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price.

15-44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price.
ROOM SHARE: For those traveling alone we offer assistance in arranging room shares but cannot guarantee that one will be available. Singles who wish to share with another tour member should made this request, the single supplement will be refunded. However, should your roommate cancel or leave the tour for any reason while on safari we will charge the single supplement on a prorated amount.
MEDICAL TREATMENT: For a normal fee we, provide the emergency medical treatment through The Flying Medical Society.
